really good attention

super clean guesthouse warm welcome parking space special arrangements

Debb took time to facetime around the building. she helped me risk assess any obstacles to my stay. she ensured there was parking reserved for us for ease of access to the building. the guesthouse was spotlessly clean. Deb and ian gave us a very warm welcome.

the swimming pool looks well maintained and clean. i noticed ian showed great pride in it. the kids enjoyed the sunshine around the pool and playing on the various inflatables.

a full english breakfast was available. the food tasted great and plentiful. ian had a lovely way of making you feel at home with his banter. everything was cooked to order.

the owners bent over backwards to ensure we enjoyed our meals. no request felt too difficult for them. they took time to ensure my family had whatever they needed. they helped us when they needed it.

tight parking lukewarm bath

The breakfast was acceptable.

The room I booked was smaller than expected with the three beds placed close together. The on-site parking was quite tight. Maneuvering was a challenge. The jacuzzi barely provided any heat. It felt more like a lukewarm bath than a relaxing soak.

tight parking low temperature

The suite was maintained well It provided a place to cook and relax after a busy day.

The on-site parking was quite tight I found it difficult to manoeuvre my vehicle. The jacuzzi was not very warm I expected a higher temperature. The room was not very big with 3 beds side by side I expected more space.
